Bye (old) Baby Bunting – hello improved eStore
Emu was recently tasked with the redesign of the Baby Bunting website. The brief required that the User Experience be improved to allow customers to easily find the products and information they were after, as well as modernising the look and feel to tie in with Baby Bunting’s new in-store branding push.
Close consultation with the client, and the use of personas and the mapping of user journeys allowed Emu to make sure customers could achieve their tasks quickly and with a seamless flow through the system.
The site also benefited from a modern “responsive design” approach, whereby the site adapts for optimal display on tablet and smartphone devices.
